
Tickets are non refundable however in the unlikely event a concert is cancelled, a refund will be offered or a credit note issued. Standing guests are welcome to browse the Roger Dean Gallery, make use of the heated decking area and browse our showrooms until shortly before the show begins. Due to the nature of our restaurant, standing guests are invited to use our bar and shopping areas until 30 minutes before the event. Standing Tickets:Īlthough we recommend dining tickets as the best way to experience our events, we also have limited room for standing guests at most shows. There are always vegetarian/vegan options on the menu and we are happy to cater for any other dietary requirements - although we kindly ask (in the case of major allegies) that guest notify us in advance where possible.
